SHIPPING POLICY
YES! We ship worldwide! (Except Russia, sorry!). Take comfort in knowing that your package will make it around the world safely and quickly. We have many customers from China, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and of course the USA.
Shipping costs are calculated by the amount of your order. We offer several types of delivery services worldwide. Please see below and choose the appropriate delivery service you prefer.
The shipping costs are stated in the price in the shopping basket when ordering in the online shop. FREE of charge freight in Europe, when your order is over €500.
Caball Therapy System sends the goods either as packages with GLS, DHL or UPS.
Do you want your goods shipped in a certain way, time or similar. You can make a note it in the field "comments" on your order, then we try as much as possible to comply with your wishes. Delivery 2-7 days.
Payment terms for payment by card
Prices in the Webshop are stated incl. VAT for each item and excl. and including VAT in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation. Shipping prices and any discounts are stated in the shopping cart.
The amount will be deducted from your account when items are shipped from Caball Therapy's warehouse.
SERVICE & REPAIR
We offer a 2-year warranty on our products.
It is a condition for invoking the guarantee that the end user within the Warranty Period submits a written complaint no later than 14 days after the end user found or should have found the defect. The complaint must be sent to Caball Therapy Systems (CTS) or to the authorized Caball Therapy Systems reseller who has sold the product. The complaint must be accompanied by documentation in the form of an invoice or the like. which proves that the product was purchased either by Caball Therapy Systems or by an authorized Caball Therapy Systems reseller.
